The disadvantage with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated server, but you will promptly enjoy the excellence of Hepsia's point-and-click File Manager in return.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a typical tool solely in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered hostnames under one web hosting user account. This is realizable thanks to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other web hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only in combination with CentOS. As opposed to Hepsia, with them you must have TWO different accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management solutions. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel opportunity.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all available CP tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domains in one single web hosting account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP platforms do not supply such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and as a consequence they require TWO autonomous logins: one domain administration/billing/support user account and one website administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP tools operate only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
Root Access 4 - not available solely with the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel and available in all other circumstances.
